I am proud to support Rehabbers who have a rescue or privately support birds. From setting up their sanctuary, publicity and avoiding burnout. I'm passionate at supporting the heart of the rescue, yes that's you and none of this would happen without you.

I know when I first set up Russell's Rescue I was overwhelmed with the advice I found on social media and sadly some individuals were not as supportive as others. So I want to be here to offer a soundboard and maximum support. ​

​

My rates are kept reasonable for rehabbers and rescues as I know how challenging it can be to help fund what you do, and seek professional advice without huge costs.

1. 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring

30/45 minute 'pick me up' session 

• Ideal for those who need a safe space to talk 

• Ideal for those who are struggling 

• Offering a soundboard and someone who understands

• Burnout prevention

• Mental well-being support

• Rescue advice and support 

• Set up support

• Bird behavioural support 

• Offering a soundboard for ideas setting up

• Troubleshooting enrichment and bird welfare

Monthly support programme 

• 1 45 minute session a month 

• Virtual support via WhatsApp or Messenger and check ins

• Recommended sign up: 3 months

Provided for groups of 5 or more or organised by rescue centres.
